Our ladies classes are specially designed for women seeking a lively and vibrant workout whilst learning a martial art WITHOUT physical contact.

All classes are of a full 60 minute duration with the sessions split into 3 distinct areas - the first of which being a cardio vascular warm up, the second focusing on kickboxing technique and pad work, the third aerobic stretching.
